Job Descriptions 

Account Manager 
Hours:
Monday-Wednesday
9:00am-1:00pm
Skills Needed: 
  • Timely 
  • Intuit Quickbooks and Quickbooks Point of Sale Knowledge 
  • Computer literate: include excel, word, gmail
  • Organized 
  • Friendly 
Main Responsibilities: 
  • Collect and record all wholesale orders from customers
  • Record wholesale payments
  • Track return credits
  • Print invoices for all wholesale customers
  • Balance wholesale customer accounts
  • End of month statement billing
  • Create new wholesale accounts in POS terminal 
Other Responsibilities:
  • Operate the POS terminal for wholesale and retail customers
  • Receiving new inventory
  • Adjusting inventory
  • Recording crates left and received from stores

Delivery 
Hours: 
Tuesday-Friday
8am-2pm (hours will vary) 
Skills Needed: 
  • Timely and reliable 
  • Good driving record
  • Team Player
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Flexible Schedule 
  • ABle to lift 50lbs consecutively 
Duties Include, but not limited to: 
  • Loading truck/unloading truck 
  • Driving 
  • Customer service 

Milker
Hours: Sunday-Saturday
4am-7am and 3pm-6pm
Skills Needed: 
  • Timely and reliable 
  • Good with animals
  • Be able to life 50lbs consecutively
  • No experience necessary--we are willing to train the right person
Duties Include, but not limited to: 
  • Milking the cows
  • Feeding cows and calves
  • Cleaning stalls and barnyard

Customer Service Representative
Hours:
Monday-Friday 9:45am-6:15pm
Saturday 8:45am-5:15pm 
Skills Needed:
  • Timely
  • Intuit Quickbooks and Quickbooks Point of Sale Knowledge
  • Computer literate: include excel, word, gmail
  • Organized
  • Friendly
Main Responsibilities:
  • Educating visitors to the farm about products, offering samples, answering customer questions
  • Operate the POS terminal for wholesale and retail customers
  • Receiving new inventory/printing tags from POS terminal
  • Adjusting inventory
  • Recording crates left and received from stores
  • Receiving wholesale payments 
Other Responsibilities:
  • Creating new wholesale accounts in POS terminal
  • Receive and record wholesale orders
  • Print wholesale invoices


Processing Plant Woker
Hours: 
Monday-Friday
7am-5pm (days and hours will vary)
Skills Needed: 
  • Timely and reliable 
  • Follows direction 
  • Fast learner 
  • Team Player, but able to work alone
  • Basic Math Skills 
  • Good Personal Hygiene
  • Flexible Schedule 
  • Able to lift 50lbs consecutively 
Duties Include, but not limited to: 
  • Setting up processing plant
  • Bottling Milk 
  • Running wash cycles
